Fablewood

Privacy, plainly

Last updated July 3, 2026

Fablewood exists to hold your family’s voices safely. That only works if you can trust us completely with them, so this page says exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do. Plain language, because the fine-print version wouldn’t say anything different.

What we collect

What we do with recordings

One thing: turn them into your family’s keepsake audiobooks. We store the untouched originals and the finished audiobooks encrypted at rest, and we clean up phone-line noise so the voice sounds clear and close.

We never use your family’s voices to train AI. We never generate, clone, or alter a voice. We never sell or share recordings. Ever.

Today, a human at Fablewood reviews each audiobook before it reaches your library; that is how we keep the quality promise. It’s us making your book, the way a bindery sees the pages; it is never anyone mining your data.

Who touches the data

A short list of processors, each doing one job: Twilio carries the phone calls, Cloudflare hosts the service and stores the audio, Stripe handles payment. If we ever add an audio-cleanup partner, we will name it here first and hold it to this page’s promises before a single second of your audio flows through it.

How long we keep things

Until you say otherwise. “Yours forever” means we keep every original and every audiobook so your family never loses them, including off-site backup copies. Ask us to delete your family’s data and we delete all of it, backups included, within 30 days.

Your rights

Children

Fablewood accounts belong to adults. Children listen; we don’t collect information from them.
